This pathway delivers specialized individual and/or group life coaching for neurodivergent teens and young adults. Our focus is on creating a safe and supportive environment to develop customized social strategies, model independence, and foster confident decision-making, always aligning with the client's unique goals and interests. We empower clients to design and navigate their own path toward sustainable life and career success, ensuring their growth is both immediate and enduring.

This pathway provides analysis of educational or instructional plans—from K-12 IEPs and 504 plans to university-level academic agreements—offering specific recommendations to optimize student accommodations and resources. This process ensures support is properly applied at both the institutional and individual class levels. Our ultimate goal is to empower students and parents by improving their understanding, enabling them to confidently advocate for their needs in both education and life.

This pathway offers healthcare providers a safe space for connection, validation, and practical guidance from peers who deeply understand the unique demands of the clinical environment. This crucial support directly addresses challenges like sensory overwhelm, masking fatigue, communication differences, and the high executive function load. Through the development of customized, strengths-based strategies, we empower providers with the resilience and self-recovery tools necessary to thrive.

Patricia DeForest, DO, MAEd, FAAP is a board certified pedicatrician, former educator, and life coach with over 30 years of experience supporting patients, students, and parents through the joys and challenges of neurodiversity.
